Visy is an excellent resource offering a website, excursions and a CD-ROM on plastics recycling, as well as plastic collection service.
Check with Visy about whether the plastic collection service is possible at your school. As it may be difficult to service some locations, you may need to discuss recycling services with your local Council.

The Environmental Detective program is a middle years program for students which incorporates research skills including interviewing, looking at recycling attitudes and knowledge, who is responsible for recycling, and waste management on a number of levels.
