  • The Bay uses Port Philip Bay as the location for a role-playing game dealing with water management issues. Five major problems and 18 major issues are discussed including freak storms, dying penguins and killer starfish.

Website: The Waterworks Adventure are web-based activities to help students understand the value and management of water as an urban resource. Other important information about the water cycle, frogs and caring for our water resources is also available on this website.

Tours of Melbourne Water's Western Sewage Treatment Plant and Winneke Water Treatment are also available. The exhibition at the Water Discovery Centre (Western Treatment Plant) allows students to follow the path of water through a transparent city.

Melbourne Water also manages a number of wetlands.
